EXTENSION OF BRITISH DANGER ZONE.
GERMANY TO BLAME
AMSTERDAM, July 11
The Telegraaf asserts that the extension of the British danger /one in the North Sea includes the so-called safe channel left by Germany. This i.s due to the Germans misusing the channel in order to maintain communication between Heligoland Bight, Zeebrugge and Rotterdam and Gorman harbors. Shiploads of coal from Rhineland and "Westphalia, which cannot be transported on German railways, are sent to Rotterdam, and thence German ships convey the coal to Emden and Cuxhaven. Obviously Britain cannot tolerate such practices. Germany, and not Britain, should be asked tc change her methods.
