MINISTERIAL RESIGNATIONS ACCEPTED.
(Received July 11, 1.45 p.m ) AMSTERDAM, July 10 It is reported that the Kaiser has accepted Dr Helfferich's and Herr Zimmerman's lesignations. It is understood that Herr Erzberger s attitude is the result of a long audience with the Emperor Carl at Vienna last week. Almost the whole or the German Centre Party is strongly supporting Erzgerger, only Spahn, the chairman of the party, 'disagreeing. "'
The Kaiser presided at the first Crown Council since the war. The Prussian Federal Minister was present.
