CENTRAL POWERS ANXIOUS.

AFRAID OF OFFENSIVE IN

ROCMANIA

GALICT.AN THRUST BELIEVED NOT TO BE MAIN EFFORT.

(Received July 11, 8.45 a.m.)

BERNE 3 July 10. Notwithstanding the Russian offensive in Galicia, the Austro-Germans are concentrating large reinforcements on the Roumanian fiont, believing that the real offensive will be delivered on the southernmost sectors, where the Rueso-Roumanians are in great strength.

Much anxiety prevails in Germany and Austria, because a successful Russo-Rcumanian offensive might entail the loss of the Roumanian and Hungarian crops.
