AMSTERDAM, July 10. At the anniversary of Ferdinand's accession the Kaiser sent a congratulatory message, wishing him luck against his new enemy—Greece.

ATHENS, July 10. The 1915 Parliament meets on the 25th.
PARIS, July 9
It- is announced that the Allied troops are about to evacuate the Greek territory recently temporarily occupied as a precautionary measure. The evacuation does not include the Salonika region.
