LONDON, July"9. The Ennis by-election polling will take place on Tuesday. A fierce electoral struggle is. proceeding, Sinn Feiners are openly advocating an Irish republic, and say .that if Ulster will not acquiesce Ulster must go under. They also advocate the destruction of the Nationalist party, and express a wish that Germany will be successful.
