Great care will be taken to ensure accuracy in the publication of notices received by telephone, but necessarily there ia a risk of error, for which the management cannot be held solely m. sponsible. It is particularly desired that communications for publication shall not be addressed to members of the staff personally, as such a course is apt to cause delay. The Editor is at all times glad to re- , ceive correspondence giving news or expressing opinions on public matters.
