The Dannevirke branch of they Hawke's Bay War Relief Association, to-day unanimously passed a resolution that strong representations should be made to the Government that in. the opinion of the meeting all reservists called up and failing to answerthe call should be deprived of all civi! rights, and vhat those owning property should have it confiscated and', held for the use of returned soldiers.
