UNIONIST RESOLUTIONS. BY CABLE—PEES 3 ASSOCIATIOJT—COPYEIGHr. (Received May 25, 8.50 a.m.) LONDON, May 24. The executive committee of the Irish Unionist Alliance met at Dublin and approved of Lord M'ddleton's letter to the Premier, and is taking steps to lay the proposal for a convention before the council of the Alliance. A meeting of Orangemen at Monaghan pas*se<T a resolution of willingness to discuss Irish questions with the Nationalists provided that Ulstermen's rights as citizens of the British Empire were protected.
