ARMY STRENGTH RESTORED

NEW YORK, May 24. The Tribune's, special' correspondent lat Petrograd says that re-organis^ion |is nearing completion, and the army strength is being restored. The Petrograd revolution garrison has gone to the front, and harmony is prevailing among the forces.
