CANADIAN CONSCRIPTION. OTTAWA, May 24. Twenty years has been fixed as the minimum age for Canadian conscripts. CHINESE AFFAIRS. (Reuter Service.) PEKIN, May 24. The President Li Yuan Sung has dismissed the Premier Tuan Chiju, and names Nting Fang as Acting-Premier, who is authorised to form a Cabinet, which will probably end the deadlock in Parliament as the result of the declaration of war with Germany.
