RESIGNATION OF COUNT TISZA.

A BLOW TO GERMAN INFLUENCE. POLITICAL CHANGES IN AUSTRIA INDICATED. REPORTED DEATH OF KAISER'S SON.

AMSTERDAM, May 24. Count Tisza has resigned after a lengthy audience with the Emperor Karl. It is expected that M. Lichy or M. Serenyi will be asked to form a Cabinet.
