CANADIAN SOLDIERS' DEPENDENTS' STRANDED.

(Received May 25, 8.50 a.m.) LONDON, May 24. The Barrow and Sheffield strikers have decided to return to work. A nuqnber of amendments have been tabled to the Electoral Reform Bill, which, as it stands, does nothing to enfranchise the men at the front. Forty thousand dependents of Canadian soldiers are stranded in England owing to the lack-of passenger accommodation.
