FARMERS' COOPERATIVE.

To-morrow (Saturday), at 11 a.m., in the Foresters' Hall, flawera, the annual general meeting of the Farmers' Co-operative Organisation will be held. I It is expected there will be a very large attendance. Five vacancies on the di. rectorate have to be filled, and for these there are seven nominations. Compet-L i tion for the office will probably be Keen ; and voting heavy. After the ordinary ' business has been transacted, an address on Co-oporation and the objects of- the Federation of Co-operative Societies will be given by Mr E. W. Relph, managing director of th.c N.Z. Farmers' Co-operative Association of Canterbury. Mr Relph is an acknowledged authority on the subject, and his address should be of more than ordinary interest to farmers. j
