BRITISH TRADE EXHIBITION.

This year's Winter Show will probably be the .most interesting yet held by the Association, and will be an event or great importance to the Dominion, for the outstanding feature will be the display of specially secured British good6 T and also by the business people of the town. Special executive committees have been set up, representative of the various business interests of Hawera. They are organising that aspect of the: show, and are arranging for a great display of British goods in every shop window in Hawera. The town will also be brilliantly illuminated and artistically decorated, and a grand .procession will inaugurate the opening ceremony at tho ; Show Buildings. The exhibits throughI out ithe Show will specialise British; goods, and these will centre in the great display being arranged by Mr R> \V. Dalton, British Trade Commissioner,, witli exhibits of many kinds illustrative of ?ome of the industries of the Britic h Kmpire. These will include samples from several of the la>'°;e?t manufiro 'tnrers at Home, and will be an object lesson worthy of study by all. In ad-: dition, there will be as usual the many rAher attractive sections of the-"Show. The dairy industry will be prominent in. the very fine entry of cheese and butter, much larger than last and pomihg from all parts of the Dominion..
