AUSTRIAN GENERAL ON THE CARPET.
THE EMPEROR GREATLY DISGUSTED.

ROME, May 22. The Telegraph's Berne correspondent atates that the Austrian losses now number 35,000 killed, wounded and missing, including a whole battalion buried alive in a cavern which collapsed under the Italian artillery. The Emperor held a conference with. General Boroevitch, at which the proceedings were exceedingly dramatic, the Emperor being much disgusted at wKat he had seen and heard on the Italian front.
