According to the Berlin correspondent of the Heftsridende, a prominent official of the German Foreign office declared that submarining of neutral shipping would not be increased. - The German newspapers are appealing to the public to assist a PanTamentary Committee which is investgaoing gigantic swindles connected with army contracts. Contractors have made huge profits throughout the war, and suspicion is suggested that the army has been the victim of foul play. The Reichstag "has decided to brin" the scandal to light by a committee rZ presenting every party.
