Section 18, Block XV., Kaupokonui, Francis McCarthy; Section 5, Block X., Mahoe, George Coe. TRANSFERS AND STJB-LEASES. The following transfers ' were ap-' proved or recommended for approval:' Sections 3 and 4, Block XXVII., town, of Patea_, David McLellan (deceased) i by Public Trustee to J. M. The Board in committee approved or three "applications for-consent to mort- ' gage at ruling rates of interest. It was resolved to open Section 5,. Block VII., Omona S.D., 650 acres, for re-offering under the Discharged Soldiers' Settlement Act at a capital value of ■ 30s, per-acre.
