(Received October 25, 11.50 a.m) LONDON, Oct. 24. A Rotfmanian communique states: There is no change at Tulges and Bicazin. In the Trotous valley we repulsed the enemy westward of Uzul valley. The enemy thrice attacked at Predsal, and also at Dragoslavele,' but were repulsed. They also violently attacked and slightly advanced in the Jiul valley. In the Dobrudja the attacks continue and our, Left wing retired towards Caramurat. The enemy' occupied Constanza.
