AMSTERDAM, Oct. 24. A Bulgarian communique states: Our cavalry entered Constanza on Sunday afternoon, and, detachments occupied- Islismetope, ten miles north-west of Constanza, in the evening, and also , the village of Alagapa, near the railway.
