AN IMPERIALISTIC CONCEPTION

LONDON, Oct. 24. ihe Daily Express advocates the formation of regiments of Imperial Guards consisting of. dominion troops. feu- Joseph Ward, in an interview, says that the idea has much to recommend it. As an Imperialistic conception it would serve to focus the people s mmds upon Empire affairs, and would be productive ofgocd if the Guards could, be formed without .weakening the individuality of the various separate divisions from the overseas dominions. _X
