BERLIN INDIGNANT
(Received Oct. 24, 9.10 a.m.) NEW YORK, Oct. 23. The New York Times' Berlin correspondent states that there is great indignation at the Reichstag Committee's motion for a census of men providing necessaries of life in Germany. The measure was adopted against the advice of the Government representatives, who consider that prominent citizens, who are thus serving, will regard the census as an insult.
