"While President Wilson was motoring in the streets at Pittsburg this afteraoon a man carrying a satchel jumped on the running board of the car. The police arrested the man, and discovered a knife and chisels in the satchel. The prisoner declared he was dissatisfied with the President's foreign policies. The police believe the man is insane.
