The attention of readers is directed to a replace advertisement of Messrs Grant and Campbell, land agents, on page 1 of this issue. The firm offer a number of town and country properties,' and also state they will build' houses on very easy terras. The New Zealand importers of Big Tree Benzine, Messrs Paterson and Co., Ltd.. of Wellington, have made a change of agents at the port of shipment. They state that the rumor that Big Tree was black-listed is quite uutrue, and that ample supplies of these oils are coming forward. The New Zealand T^oan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., Hawera, draw attention to the .clearing sale they are advertising to-day on behalf of Mr Jas. Coombe, Waitofcara, to be held on Tuesday, 31st inst. Both the quality and condition of -the Lincoln sheep ueing offered are good and should command attention. For some years past Mr Coombe has done well with his stud Lincolns, md this sale will give buyers an opportunity of acquiring some really good sheep. Both north and south" trains will be met by conveyances at Y/aitotara at 11 o'clock, and buyers will be taken to Mr Coombe's property, which is only four miles from Waitotara.
