LONDON, Oct. 20. The Morning Post's correspondent at Petrograd says that this month or early in November will reach the climax of the titanic war on the Russian front. Many millions of men, after manoeuvring for months, are now in close grips, ready for the greatest battle in history. The contending armies stand marshalled for a supreme effort from the Danube to Riga.
