The enemy violently attacked Syhoeholz in the Vosges and some parties reached our trenches, but were driven back with heavy losses. There have been numerous air fights. On the Salonika front the - Allies made prisoners of 2616 between the Ist and 10th. . - , The Daily Chronicle's Athens corresppndent states that a Serbian communi T que reports that attacks were made on the whole front before Monastir, and ■were especially successful on. the left hank of the Cerna Beeka. ,
