O'Moore Creagh, in an article in tha Weekly Dispatehi says that at the worst the, war may last twoyears longer, and at the best 'ma,y terminate early next autumn. If we wish td end it in 1917 we must not slacken our effort to keep the Russians well provided with guns arid shells. '
