LONDON, Oct. 6. Butter.—Danish is rather easier owing to the high prices checking the demand, the price, being about 2065. Others are firm, New Zealand particularly so, the choicest being cleared at nominally 200s; Argentine, 186s to 1945; Canadian, 138s to 190s; United States, 182s to 186s. ■ ■"., Cheese.—The market is"■;very .firm. Canadian spot 110«, New. Zealand 108s to 109s. The Government is buying freely in Canada at 114s to 115s, c.i.t. Wool.—Bradford prices are unchanged. There' is a fair enquiry, but business is limited. There is a stroag tone and a hardening tendency for everything except medium crossbreds.
