Sir, —I think your correspondent of February 16th could go a little further and ask "Why boys from school age upwards are to be seen in the public bars in this district? Why are there no placards, in licensed houses in this district giving notice of refusal to serve persons with drink under the age of 21 years?" VISITOR.
