SALONIKA, Feb. 18. The Austrians have ceased the offensive at DurazzOj owing to arrivals of Italian troops. Generalissimo Putnik has joined the Serbians at Corfu. General Sarrail shortly visits King Constantine. The Greeks, in a two hours' fight, routed another band of Bulgarian comitadjis, who were penetrating Greece. The Greeks are now vigilantly guarding the whole frontier. BUCHAREST, Feb. 18. Roumania is anxious as to the movements of Germans and. Bulgars on the frontier. She sent three squadrons of aeroplanes over Bulgaria, and the airmen reported that they had seen 50,000 troops and a few new trenches, but no heavy artillery. The aeroplanes evaded a very heavy infantry and artillery fire. Paris questions where serious complications are not likely to be a sequel to Roumania's air raid. ZURICH, Feb. 18. The Austro-Swiss frontier is closed owing to heavy troop movemonts towards the Balkans, especially towards the Roumanian frontier.
