BOMBAY, Sept. 28. Indian merchants seek to direct the Government to aid the development of Indian trade and enterprise to replace the Austro-Germans and counteract the efforts of the Japanese, who in the past year have dumped enormous quantities of wares into India; otherwise Indian industrial independence will disappear.
