A naval communique says: We bombarded and silenced the enemy's land batteries at the Gulf of Riga- A «tray enemy projectile fell on si Russian *ihip, killing Commander-jCaptain Yiazemsky, and also Captain Sranie.. Vkar -other casualties were frre "killed and :hine wounded.
