INDIAN REPRESENTATION AT IMPERIAL CONFERENCE. ©TTAWA, Sept 28. Canadian newspapers are unanimously favorable to India's representation at future Imperial Conferences. The Free Press declares that India has earned the concession even more by her conduct in peace time than her loyalty in war time. The Montreal Star considers that the dominions should take particular pains, to assure the Imperial Government of their great pleasure at India's representation. Lord Hardinge need not fear the overseas dominions' attitude, or that Indian immigration will cause the £].oj.uJT).ions to hesitate a moment.
