PARIS, Sep. 5. The Figaro says that when the British Admiralty no longer considers it inexpedient to make, known the number of submarines of which Yon Tirpitz was so proud, and which are now at the bottom of the seas, especially when it reveals the ingenious methods employed to destroy them, the civilised world will heave a deep sigh of satisfaction. Fishing boats which submarines chased have been sometimes able to make good catches. AMSTERDAM, Sep. 5.
