TERROR IN CONSTANTINOPLE

(Received Sept. 6, 10.30 a.m.) PARIS, Sept. 5. The Echo de Paris' Salonika correspondent states that Turkey is feeling the lack of munitions. Old stocks are being depleted, and coal and metals being scarce, the munition factory chimneys at Tophane, Zietun and Bourneo have not been smoking for several days. The Echo de Paris' Rome correspondent states that the condition of the people in Constantinople is pitiable, and they are terrorised by the approach of the final catastrophe. It is rumored that Djemal Pasha, who is now at Bagdad, is considering the organisation of a revolt agaisnt Enver Pasha.
