At the quarterly meeting of the Patea. Licensing Bench this morning, all applications in connection with licenses w^re granted. An application by Mr ODea, on behalf of the proprietor of the Hawera wine shop, for permission to put in a door leading from the private residence to the shop, was refused. Messrs Kenrick, S.M. (chairman), E. Dixon, Graves and Dugdale were on the Bench. The man who wishes to be, to feel, and to look well dressed, usually gratifies this wish at the Economic. For this spring and summer we have landed a nice lot of tailor-made suits (boxed) which cannot be surpassed. The goods have been bought well, direct of the manufacturers, and high quality goes hand in hand with economic prices.
