(Received Sep. 4; 10.30 a.m.) CALCUTTA, Sen/3. i The exportation of hessian cloth and bags, except to Britain, has been prohibited. At the same time the Government is arranging for a large increase in the output. There is no prohibition on the export of sacking goods.
