WELLINGTON, August 2. The call to arms has found a ready response from the crew of th» Government steamer Hinempa. Messrs G P,W n"md .(chief engineer) and Gilbert Mitchell ('third enednper) hare resigned m order to proceed Home to join the Royal Navy.
