(Received July 1, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, June 30. The Registration Bill has been published, it provides for a penalty of £20, and ir continued for 20s daily while the oifence continues. The penalty for utilising a false certificate is £25, or three months. [Presumably the offence is failure to register.]
