MELBOURNE, June 17. The Federal Executive has passed an order under the War Precautions Act giving the Attorney-General power to obtain all information relative to food supplies. In the House Mr Cook severely attacked the Government in saying a national government was impossible. He appealed to Mr Fisher to at least declare a party truce. SYDNEY, June 17. The Assembly has adjourned till Tuesday as a mark of respect to the late Sergeant Larkin (a member of Parliament), who has been killed in action.
