GUANO BOAT WRECKED

AUCKLAND, May 27. The Talune reports by wireless that the Norwegian "barque Fram. which left Auckland on October 18th, to load guano *at Maiden Island was totally wrecked there on January 24. She was moored a short distance from the shore, and the wreck was due to the moorings carrying away. The crew of twelve landed safely, and were conveyed by the barque Actio to Rarotonga,, proceeding to Auckland by the Talune.
