SUPREME COURT,
WANGANUI SESSION.
BY TKWEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION', WANGANUI, May 25. The Suoreme Court opened before Judge Edwards. There is a light criminal calendar, only three cases, one of theft and two of attempted theft from the person, being set down. True bills were found in all cases. His Honor remarked that it was gratifying that in such a populous district there should be so little crime.
The case of Herbert Bernard, for" alleged theft from the railway station at Waveriey. is proceeding.
