PRICE OF FOODSTUFFS.
DUNEDIN, March 17. The Tramways Union passed a resolution expressing the opinion that the Government was showing a lamentable weakness in permitting the public to be exploited in regard to the high prices of ', foodstuffs, especially the Millers' Association, who charged £17 10s per ton for flour milled from State wheat, which was sold to millers to enable, them to sell flour at £14 10s.
