« . WEDNESDAY, MARCH 17. The Government Meteorologist wired as follows to-day:—"The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but easterly moderate to strong prevailing; weather probably cool and changeable, but there is a prospect of fair weather; the barometer has a rising tendency; sea smooth; tides poor."
