_ WELLINGTON, Sep. 22. James Kilmister, a farmer residing at Belmont, was admitted to the hospital this evening and died a few minutes later. He was apparently trying to cross the railway at Belmont, and did not notice an approaching train, the engine of which knocked him down, crushing his right side. Kilmister was 67 years of age, and married.
