A barmaid named Foley rushed to her assistance, and Brown mistaking her for Mrs JeffelW, fired and killed Miss Foley.. He s hen committed suicide. Brown was a, married man, and is believed to have been infatuated with Mrs Jefferson. He yesterday enlisted in the expeditionary force t a& a motor transport driver.
