The Times publishes messages €rom British East Africa, reporting "that the German cruiser Konigsberg unexpectedly attacked, the cruiser Pegasus while she was anchored, at Zanzibar having her boilers cleaned. The IPegasus was disabled, 25 of the crew ibeing killed and eighty -wounded. ;>The Konigsberg escaped.
