WESTPORT COAL.
m WESTPORT, Sep. 21. The Harbor BoaTd has decided, in *iew of the interest attaching to tn« port of Westport during the present war, to ask the Government to bring under the notice of the Admiralty the „ Known coal-bearing areas of Blackburn arid Cape Foulwind, close to WestDort, so that an area may be reserved, or 20,000 to 50,000 tons*of coal stored, on the Admiralty paying subvention to the Board.
