WELLINGTON. Aug. 11. At the Supreme Court, Philip George Kessler and Yeative Roue Mallalieu St. Mar, charged with breaking and entering and theft, were acquitted. Frederick David Plimmer, a let-ter-sorter at tha General Post Office, was convicted of theft of postal packets, and remanded for sentence. L-HNEDIN, Aug. 11.
