TO-DAY'S COURT.
(Before Mr Kenrick, S.M.) Judgment was entered for plaintiffs, with costs, in the following undefended cases:-— H. E. Harris v. J. Coulter, £21 19s Id; Gilshnan's estate v. Tupito, £14 19» Id; W. Spence v. P. Faulkner, £1 5s 9d; W. Spence v. W. Hayward, £1 lite 8d; M. J. McCalman v. E. Marter, £1 10s. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. Orders were made in the following cases:— Cole and Donnelly (Mr Smart) v. Charley Rangi, £3 2s 3d; H. McKoy and Co. (Mr Taylor) v. Anaru Ngatai, £8 10s 9d; H. A. Jones (Mr Bayley) y. H. G. Parsons, £1 10s lOd. In the case E. Thurston (Mr Bayley) v. R. Tullock, claim £7 Is 3d, the order was refused.
