(Before Mr Kenrick, S.M.) Judgment was entered for plaintiffs, with costs, in the following undefended cases:-— H. E. Harris v. J. Coulter, £21 19s Id; Gilshnan's estate v. Tupito, £14 19» Id; W. Spence v. P. Faulkner, £1 5s 9d; W. Spence v. W. Hayward, £1 lite 8d; M. J. McCalman v. E. Marter, £1 10s. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES.
