WAR RISKS ON SHIPPING.
fßx Telegraph—Special to Star.] WELLINGTON, Aug. 10. The Minister of Marine made the gratifying announcement in Parliament this afternoon that the English Government had decided to extend its war risk insurance to New Zealand shipping, fhe underwriters were considering the matter and he hoped to make an early announcement which would restore confidence to shippers and enable business to go on in the ordinary way.
